According to @OnLeaks, Huawei has two prototypes of the Huawei P20 and Huawei P20 Plus. One prototype of each phone has a home button/fingerprint scanner while the other doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner in front or on the rear. This 3D render of the Huawei P20 Plus belongs to the latter category.

Huawei P20 Plus Specification
Display: The Huawei P20 Plus is said to have a 6.0-inch screen (approx.) and measures 155.3 x 74.2 x 7.7mm (9.8mm including camera bump).
Design: the P20 Plus has a notch in the display too and houses the same front camera, earpiece, and sensor trio. It also has a thicker lower bezel.

Camera: Huawei P20 plus designed same as iPhone-X style camera for the P20 Plus but unlike the iPhone which has its LED flash between the two sensors, Huawei has put what appears to be a laser focus module between the two sensors.
The dual camera setup is a third camera lens which is bigger than the other two. There is also a LED flash below the third sensor. According to the first leak about the triple camera system, one of the lens should provide 5x zoom and the front camera should be a 24MP sensor.
Processor: The Huawei P20 Plus will be powered by the Kirin 970 processor which has a dedicated NPU.
Huawei has set March 27 as the launch of the next P-series phones and the venue is Paris, France.
