GP Internet Package Offer Packs

বাংলাদেশের সবগুলি মোবাইল অপারেটর গুলির মধ্যে গ্রামীনফোন সবচাইতে বেশি জনপ্রিয়, হবেই না বা কেন। তাদের সংযোগ ব্যাবস্থা অনেক বেশি শক্তিশালী, এছাড়াও সব সময় তাদের থাকে বিভিন্ন ধরনের অফার। আর জিপির নেটওয়ার্ক service এর কথা আর নাই বা বলি। আমরা অনেকেই শুধুমাত্র নেট সুবিধা নেবার জন্যই জিপির সিম ব্যবহার করে থাকি। এবং তাদের ও বিভিন্ন অফার, সুযোগ সুবিধা লেগেই থাকে। নিম্নে গ্রামীণফোনের অফার প্যাক সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানানো হলো ঃ

ইন্টারনেট প্যাকেজ সম্পর্কে সাধারন কিছু তথ্য - 

Overall:

• Internet packs can be activated through USSD, SMS, IVR, MyGP, Easynet, WoW Box, Customer Service, GP website and any other Grameenphone Authorized Channels
• Auto-renew option of any internet pack is turned OFF by default (except BS prepaid and post- paid customers).However customer can turn ON Auto Renewal feature after or during package activation.
• To turn ON auto renew option after package activation, SMS "ON" to 25000 or dial *121*3042#. Also customer can turn off Auto renew by sending SMS "OFF" to 25000 or dial*121*3043#.
• To check internet balance, please dial *121*1*4#.
• After Internet Volume Expiration customer will be charged 1.12 TK/MB up to 5MB.Dial *121*3352# to get uninterrupted internet, upto 200MB at same rate or Dial*121*3# to buy a data pack.
• Unused Data Volume will be carried forward if the customer purchases the same pack within the active validity period or in case of successful auto renewal.
• In case of unsuccessful auto renewal, customer will be charged 1.12 TK/MB up to 5MB.Dial *121*3352# to get uninterrupted internet, upto 200MB at same rate or Dial*121*3# to buy a data pack.
• To Cancel your Internet Package, dial *121*3041#.
• Using Multiple applications at the same time when volume is low, it may result in extra usage fee, so please close applications before moving on to others
• To enjoy higher internet speed customers need to use a 3G enabled phone & be within 3G network
• Average likely speed will depend on multiple factors such as handset, website visited, distance from BTS, time of the day, etc.
• The Internet Volume Purchased from a Campaign Pack, will be used before the Internet Volume Purchased from a Regular Internet Pack.
• Internet Packs are not applicable for skitto users

Social Pack

• If Social Internet Volume finishes before expiry date and there is no remaining regular internet volume in any other internet account Expiration customer will be charged 1.12 TK/MB up to 5MB.Dial *121*3352# to get uninterrupted internet, upto 200MB at same rate or Dial*121*3# to buy a data pack.
• While availing Social internet packs, if there is no remaining regular internet volume in any other internet account Expiration customer will be charged 1.12 TK/MB up to 5MB.Dial *121*3352# to get uninterrupted internet, upto 200MB at same rate or Dial*121*3# to buy a data pack for any other internet usage(except facebook browsing ).
• Voice and video call from FB messenger is not part of this package. Internet charge Tk 1.12/MB (Inclusive of SD+VAT+SC) up to 5MB is applicable for FB messenger voice and video call if there is no remaining regular internet volume in any other internet account.
• Customer will not be able to browse mentioned sites through proxy based browsers. Customers can only use default web browser and apps

Video Pack

• Customers will be able to browse (http://m.youtube.com/ ; http://m.bongobd.com/ ; http://www.popcornlive.tv/) from mobile only using the video packs
• If Video Internet Volume finishes before expiry date and there is no remaining regular internet volume in any other internet account, customers will be charged 1.12 TK/MB up to 5MB.Dial *121*3352# to get uninterrupted internet, upto 200MB at same rate or Dial*121*3# to buy a data pack.
• While availing Video internet packs, if there is no remaining regular internet volume in any other internet account, customers will be charged Tk 1.12/MB (Inclusive of SD+VAT+SC) till validity exists, up to 5MB for any other internet usage(except http://m.youtube.com/ ; http://m.bongobd.com/ ; http://www.popcornlive.tv browsing ). 
• Customer will not be able to browse mentioned video sites through proxy based browsers. Customers can only use default web browser and apps

Rechargeable Back Internet Pack

• Internet Packs will be activated if the mentioned amount is recharged.
• Recharge based activation is applicable only for Prepaid customer (except ERS sim)
• Recharge based activation is possible only through Flexi load SIMs. No pack will be activated if the amounts are recharged through any other means. 

Messaging Pack

• If Messaging Internet(Viber or Whatsapp) Volume finishes before expiry date and there is no remaining regular internet volume in any other internet account, customers will be charged Tk 1.12/MB (Inclusive of SD+VAT+SC) till validity exists, up to 224 Taka (Inclusive of SD+VAT+SC)
• While availing Messaging Internet(Viber or Whatsapp) packs,if there is no remaining regular internet volume in any other internet account, customers will be charged Tk 1.12/MB (Inclusive of SD+VAT+SC) till validity exists, up to 224 Taka (Inclusive of SD+VAT+SC) for any other internet usage(except (Viber or Whatsapp )
• Voice and video call from Viber or Whatsapp Messenger is not part of this package. Internet charge Tk 1.12/MB (Inclusive of SD+VAT+SC) up to 224 Taka (Inclusive of SD+VAT+SC) applicable for Viber or Whatsapp Messenger voice and video call if there is no remaining regular internet volume in any other internet account.
• Customer will not be able to browse mentioned sites through proxy based browsers. Customers can only use default web browser and apps

Star Pack

• Customer can buy STAR internet packs & get STAR status for 3 months
• Status will be updated on 11th of the following month. (i.e. If customer buys pack on 25th Oct or 4th Nov, status will be given on 11th Nov). 
• If customer already with higher STAR status buys a pack with lower status, higher STAR status will prevail
• This offer is not applicable for GPPP, BPO, ERS & Skitto connections
