For making Falooda, you need to fulfill all three work done step by step.

Ingredients For Making Jelly Cube:
- Water - 2 cups
- Sugar - 3 tablespoon
- Rooh Afza - 2 tablespoon
- China Grass – 7/7.5 Gram
Making Falooda:
- Noddles /Shemai/Sabudana - 1 cup
- Basil Seeds/Tokma - 2 teaspoon
- Vanilla Flavor Ice-Cream - 6-8 scops
- Milk - 500 gm
- Sugar - 6 teaspoon
- Custard Powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
For Garnish:
- Ice Piece crashed
- Fruits – Mango, banana,
cherry/Grape(black or yellow)/, Kiwi
- Rooh Afza/Rose syrup - 4 teaspoon
Instructions
Jelly Cube Preparation:
- Atleast 30 Minutes Soak the China Grass into ½ Cup of Water
- 2Cups of Water, Two Tablespoon Rooh-Afza, Sugar Keep in Medium Heat Until it Boli
- Now Add The Soaked China Grass into it keep Stirring until it completely Absorb
- Put it in a Wide Bowl (that make easier to cut it), Keep it in Refrigerator till it completely Curdle
- After fully set, cut it in cube shape and keep in cold place.
Garnish Item Preparation:
- Soak The Basil Seeds/Tokma Into Normal Water for 30 minutes.
- Make mixer, Adding the Custard powder into Water. Boil
Sugar, Milk, The custard powder till it reduces in half cup. Then keep it In
Refrigerator.
- If You are using Sabudana, then first crush it then soak in
normal water. Then Boil shemai/noddles/ Sabudana in enough water with a bit sugar
until soft. Drain all water and keep it in refrigerator.
Making Falooda:
- Cut Jelly in Cube Shape. Take your Serving Glass or Bowl (2/3/4). Place Cube Jelly, Noodles/Sabudana/Shemai
- Pour Milk-Sugar Mixer and Basil Seeds/ tokma.
- Put chopped Fruits.
- Finally add 2 scope Vanilla ice-cream and bit Crushed Ice
Piece on top per glasses/Bowls.
- Garnish with Cube Jelly, Chopped Cherry some Rose petal or Rooh-Afza.
