HP stands for Hewlett-Packard is a multinational information technology company that headquartered in palo alto, California. It was first founded in one car garage by Bill Hewlett and David Packard. From 2007 to 2013 HP was the world’s first leading PC manufacturer company. Hp first incorporated in August 18,1947 and went publicly on November 6, 1957.
From the beginning they only deal with the Laptop PC but now with the growing of popularity they already working in many categories like Printers, Desktop & All-in-One PCs, laptops, Gaming, Apps & services, Scanner & Fax, Monitors, Calculators, Smart watches, Cameras & Camcorders, Business solutions & Software, Accessories & parts. But Desktop PC and Laptop are their main Focus product that no one can compete.
In 1968, Hewlett-Packard 9100A was the early computer. HP called it a desktop calculator not a computer because as Bill Hewlett says it didn’t look like an IBM. Then after so many years they released their first laptop in 1984, which Named HP-110 that weigh approx 8.5 pounds. This notebook had 16bit IBM PC compatible processor with the memory of 384K ROM and 272K RAM. That time it was the largest amount of memory Laptop because it ran MS-DOS(can be linked to IBM PC) . It cost around $2995.
Now HP has so many series of Desktop like Business, Premium, Gaming, Traditional laptops, Workstations, Convertibles & Detachable. Where each and every device having their highest amount of configuration to perform better. Recently HP released OMEN Laptop 15t the Gaming laptop being best though asus having their best of TUF Gaming Laptop series also released Spectre x3600 to be the best of premium ever to have. Where Elite series Lapotp used to be the business laptop. Day by day they growing as like no one going to fight over them.
