OPPO AX5400 WiFi 6 Router
The AX5400, OPPO's first Wi-Fi 6 router, is now on sale at the official mall for 599 yuan($ 87). The router's distinctive transparent cylinder design highlights the internal parts and concealed antennas. The interfaces and function buttons are left and right symmetrical, adding to the design's symmetry.
The AX5400 is powered by the Qualcomm IPQ5018 chip and supports the Wi-Fi 6 standard, the most recent wireless network protocol that provides greater capacity and faster speeds than earlier WiFi standards. Additionally, it can provide 2.4GHz+ 5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi signals at the same time and is compatible with 802.11b/ g/ n/ ac/ Ax. The router is perfect for homes with multiple devices because it can support up to 256 devices at once.
The AX5400 has 1 2.5G network port and 2 Gigabit network ports for connectivity. Users can plug in the cables without having to worry about which port to use because all interfaces support WAN/ LAN blind insertion.
The AX5400 also supports Easy Mesh, which enables quick and practical mesh networking between routers of different platforms and brands. With the help of this feature, users can increase their Wi-Fi network coverage and enhance network performance as a whole.
OPPO has outfitted the AX5400 with four high-gain antennas and six independent signal amplifiers to enhance the stability and speed of the Wi-Fi signal. These are combined with OPPO's self-developed anti-jamming algorithm, which guarantees a longer and more stable transmission distance for Wi-Fi signals.
Additionally, OPPO has created its own O-RiderBoost network directional acceleration technology, which enables the network to identify products running ColorOS 13 and higher with ease. With a maximum acceleration of up to 20%, this technology intelligently speeds up the three high-frequency scenarios of games, online courses, and web conferences.
