Job Requirement

1. Recognized Tertiary qualification in any Engineering or related discipline;

2. At least three (5) years’ relevant project management experience in the area of project management for system related works;

3. Proficient in programmed planning software such as Microsoft Project for Windows;

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and meticulous;

5. Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team;

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for Windows;

7. Good verbal communication and writing skills in English;

8. Be expected to travel regularly between office and sites;

9. Perform night work based on project needs; and

10. Possess Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Job Description

* Develop and execute the operations projects with multiple project engineers and managers within the work place.

* Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Site Management, Control Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to meet the project.

* Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project.

* Establish the working relationship with operations management needed to facilitate the coordination and execution of project work, such that the operational impact is minimized.

* Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule.
