Sony Float Run Earphones
Sony is a business that prides itself on developing innovative products, particularly in the audio industry. The WH- 1000XM5 noise-cancelling headphones, which were recently introduced, are part of the impressive line of audio products offered by the Japanese electronics manufacturer. Sony has now unveiled the Float Run, a brand-new line of earbuds made for people who enjoy staying active while listening to music.
The Float Run, in contrast to conventional earphones, is made to sit outside of the canal and is held in place by a flexible skull-band and eye hooks. Sony calls this design "off- ear," and it aims to lessen discomfort and eliminate the possibility of hearing loss while exercising. According to reports, various head shapes and hairstyles were used to test the earphones. It's important to note that since the introduction of the LinkBuds, which also featured an innovative design, this earphone design by the company has been the most distinctive.
Active noise cancellation is not an option due to the earphone's distinctive design. However, Sony asserts that the Float Run's powerful 16mm drivers will produce "a more natural and wider sound" without sacrificing audio quality, which is ideal for a workout.
The earphones only weigh 33 grams, which is very light and will keep you comfortable while you're moving. According to Sony, this should lessen drag and pressure throughout a session. The earbuds have Bluetooth 5.0, a 10-hour battery that charges via USB type-C, and support for SBC/ AAC codecs. Users won't have to worry about sweat damaging their earbuds because they have an IPX4 rating.
Sony Float Run Earphones price
The cost of Float Run, which will be offered in black, is $129.99. You might have to wait to get your hands on the earphones because Sony says they won't be sold until February 2023.
