Another electric bike is about to arrive in the market of the country. The Tork Kratos X e-bike got its first glimpse at the Auto Expo 2023 event. This latest electric motorcycle from Tork Motors is based on the Kratos R. Fast charging, FF mode, new aluminum swingarm and many other essential features are included in this e-bike. Bookings for this e-bike will start from the second quarter of 2023. Delivery will start from June this year. Customers can test ride this e-bike by March or April.
The new Tork Kratos X electric bike is beautifully designed for comfortable riding. Its performance is fast and the battery is long lasting. It has a 7-inch touchscreen and Android supported navigation. The e-bike's display instrumentation can take a more pragmatic leap and also show riders multiple information. The most notable aspect of the bike is that it has several safety features.
With the launch of the new Tork Kratos X electric bike, the company aims to make the country's e-bike segment accessible to more customers. Tork Motors founder and CEO Kapil Shell said, “This bike launch is a milestone for our company. That's because we're bringing you an even faster, better, and shinier member of the Kratos family."
The standard Kratos e-bike has a 7.5kW electric motor, which can develop 10 bhp and 28 Nm of peak torque. The motorcycle can sprint from 0-40 kmph in just 4 seconds. Its maximum speed is 100 kmph. The bike has a 4kWh lithium-ion battery, which can give a range of 180 Km (IDC). As claimed by the company, the bike can run 120 km on a single charge.
Meanwhile, the high-end Tork Kratos R e-bike has a 9 kW electric motor, which can develop 12 bhp and 38 Nm of torque. Kratos R has a sprint time of 0-40 kmph, with a top speed of 105 kmph. Customers of this bike will get access to the charging network completely free for two years. Besides, it has many other features including Geofencing, Find My Vehicle, Crash Alert, Track Mode, Analytics, Vacation Mode.
