The Jawa 42 Sports Stripe is now offered in a new Metallic Cosmic Carbon shade while the Yezdi Roadster now gets a new crimson dual-tone shade with a new gloss finish. Both these bikes look much better with these new updates.. Talking about the price, Jawa 42 Cosmic Carbon is priced at Rs 1,95,142 while Yezdi Roadster Crimson Dual Tone is priced at Rs 2,03,829. All prices are ex-showroom Delhi.

Engine & Power

Coming to the engine, the Jawa 42 2.1 gets the same 294.72 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 27 bhp and 26.84 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed transmission. Meanwhile, the Yezdi Roadster is powered by a 334cc engine that produces 29.7PS of power and 28.95Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed transmission. Both the bikes get dual-channel ABS along with disc brakes. The suspension duties are handled by telescopic front forks and dual shock absorbers at the rear.

Both these bikes impress a lot in terms of design and engine, but still Jawa has not been able to deliver premium quality in them. At this time, the rough quality is revealed in the company's bikes. Whereas in the premium bikes of Royal Enfield and Honda, you can easily see their high quality. Well, it has to be seen how much the customers like these two bikes...
